1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all digital services operated by dfbovai, accessible at https://dfbovai.org.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the services on this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account duly registered on the dfbovai platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, incentive or reward offered by dfbovai to users, subject to separate terms of use.
• "Withdrawal" refers to a request to transfer funds from a platform account balance to the payment method registered by the user.
• "Betting" refers to any online gambling activity conducted through this platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the actual content of any provision.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use the dfbovai platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Register only one personal account in your own name — registration of multiple accounts by one individual is prohibited.

dfbovai reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any stage by requesting a copy of MyKad or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3. User Account Management

Each dfbovai account is the exclusive property of its holder and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party. Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

The account password must be:

• Kept strictly confidential by the user.
• Not disclosed to anyone, including family members or friends.
• Changed immediately if there is any suspicion that it has been compromised.
• Meet the password strength standard set by the platform — a minimum of eight characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.

If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must contact the dfbovai support team immediately via live chat. dfbovai is not liable for losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The dfbovai platform supports a range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the method selected and internal verification.

dfbovai does not charge any additional processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose charges that are outside dfbovai's control.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, as a measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. dfbovai reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

dfbovai offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to different terms and wagering requirements, and users are required to understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit qualifies for a 100% bonus up to RM1,000. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus — bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount, meaning you need to place bets totalling RM2,500 (RM100 × 25) before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. If you deposit RM2,200 and receive the maximum bonus of RM1,000, your balance will be RM3,200 with a wagering requirement of RM25,000 (RM1,000 × 25).

Additional terms for all bonuses:

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• dfbovai reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except for bonuses that have already been claimed.
• Attempts to exploit promotions through unfair methods (bonus abuse) will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Ethics

All games and bets on the dfbovai platform must be conducted in accordance with the rules set for each game type. dfbovai uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness across all casino games and slots.

Users agree to:

• Play individually and make their own decisions without the assistance of automated software or bots.
• Accept game results as recorded by the dfbovai server as final, except in cases of verifiable technical error.

• Understand that betting involves real financial risk, and the decision to play is entirely the user's own responsibility.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out any of the following activities on the dfbovai platform:

• Registering more than one account under their own name or using another person's identity information.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bets or casino games, including in poker or baccarat games.
• Committing payment fraud — including providing false payment information, initiating chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Sharing account information or allowing others to play using your account.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses (known as bonus abuse) through hedge betting or strategies designed to guarantee profit without risk.
• Harassing, threatening or using offensive language towards dfbovai support staff.

dfbovai uses continuous monitoring systems to detect suspicious usage patterns. Any of the above violations may result in bonus cancellation, account suspension or appropriate legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

dfbovai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user account with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• The user breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user provides false or misleading registration information.
• There are indications that the account is involved in fraudulent or manipulative activity.
• A request is received from a law enforcement agency or relevant regulatory body.
• The user voluntarily applies for self-exclusion through the dfbovai responsible gambling programme.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting dfbovai customer support. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, dfbovai reserves the right to withhold any balance or winnings associated with the activity that violated those terms.

9. Personal Data Protection

dfbovai is committed to protecting users' personal information in line with international data protection practices. Information collected during registration and use of the platform is used solely for the following purposes:

• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to user negligence.
• Any damages arising from reliance on information found on the platform.
• Losses due to internet connection or device failure on the user's end.

dfbovai works to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, maintenance work, technical updates or unusual circumstances may cause temporary disruptions that cannot be avoided.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

dfbovai reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users through:

• A notice displayed prominently on the platform.
• A notification email sent to the registered address.
• An updated publication date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes the user's acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The dfbovai platform operates under international licensing. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the provisions of that licence together with internationally recognised online gambling practices.

The Malay language version of these Terms and Conditions is the official version for Malaysian users. In the event of any discrepancy between the Malay version and any other language version, the version determined by dfbovai's official licensing documents shall apply.
